Working in partnership to meet needs, change lives and transform communities.

Transforming Communities Together Warwick is a partnership project between the Anglican Churches of Warwick and Together for Change. The project is also funded by the King Henry VIII Endowed Trust which provides income for the Warwick Anglican Churches and is for the benefit of people living in CV34.

Their mission statement:

'Our primary focus is to support and help resource the mission of the Anglican churches of Warwick in reaching out to their communities and see the transformation of Warwick. This involves supporting and building the capacity of churches, people, local community groups (regardless of faith or no faith) and local Councils and statutory bodies who are tackling issues of poverty, deprivation and disadvantage in Warwick, in a significant, relevant, strategic and sustainable way.'

TCT Warwick is focussed particularly on projects working with children and youth, and with the elderly. These groups were identified as the two areas of pressing need that the church could meet 'successfully and sustainably'.
