Proof Bakery featured for World Refugee Day

Proof Bakery is one of the amazing social enterprises that has received a grant from us. The aim is to provide work, training and friendship for refugee women through an artisan bakery creating delicious bread, focaccia and cake. With a variety of flavours inspired by many of the home cultures of the women who bake them, there is something for every palate.
