Grants and Funding

At Together for Change, we want to assist new and existing projects in bringing about positive change in their communities. We manage a pool of grant funding which we split across three different small grants. This has enabled us to financially support a range of projects over the past few years that aim to make a difference, and work to combat issues of loneliness and deprivation.

Available Funding

Together For Change has funded £656,000 between 2013-2018, in support of various community outreach programmes through our three grants.
